·       Loan Purpose: Acquisition and Refinance

·       Loan Amounts: $100,000 to $15,000,000

​

·       Loan Terms: 12-24 Months (longer terms to be considered)

​

·       Loan to Value: 70% (higher on a case by case basis)

​

·       Pricing: Typically 9-12% Interest Only
